First, thank you for entrusting your student's education to me. I will try my best to earn that trust and provide your student with a stimulating and productive experience in my English class. Second, you will notice that my classes all rely heavily on digital components. This is both significant and important. It is significant as I am finding that this is often the first experience that my students have had applying digital tools to an extended educational endeavor. As such, they have the opportunity to experience new and unique ways of learning as an individual and within groups that will serve them as they move through life. It is important because the digital age has moved all aspects of our lives into a new groove. Amongst other things, we now work, play and learn differently than we did a decade ago, and this new curve drives our approach.
